All of our buildings, except the Lark III, also come with Accu-steel studs, which is the biggest advancement in portable building design and construction in the last 40 years.
The Accu-Steel frame building is manufactured using one of the most precise, advanced state-of-the-art computerized roll former and a software system that utilizes a C-channel for all structural components. This system measures and notches the C-channel for precise stud location. It also dimples and punches the C-channels and studs for a perfect fastener alignment and accuracy. The frame of the Accu-steel is rolled out on heavy duty 18 gauge G-90 galvanized material that not only gives you superior strength but rust protection as well.

At Lark it is not enough to have set the industry standard. After over 30 years in the business Lark's philosophy is the same. Lark constantly strives to upgrade and improve the value of their products so that when you purchase one of their units from Country Folks, you have the best portable building money can buy. Years of experience and a conscientious attention to detail have made Lark the leader in the portable industry.

Lapsider - Features a 76" minimum interior wall clearance, collar-tied roof rafters, and attractive aluminum Dutch Lap siding, which is less maintenance intensive than wood siding. It offers superior strength, solid construction, clean lines and a simplistic beauty. This style comes in sizes from 6 x 8 to 12 x 50.
Lumberjack - Comes standard with an 8-foot interior wall clearance, to give you more overhead storage, collar-tied roof rafters and can accommodate doors that are 7 feet 6 inches tall and 10 feet wide. The Lumberjack comes in an assortment of sizes from an 8x10 to 12x50.
Greenhouse - If you are an avid gardener or a plant enthusiast, this is the building for you. The standard unit comes with an Accu-steel frame that is set atop a pressure treated 2x6 base plate. The exterior is covered with fiberglass panels, comes in aspen green or clear, has no shadowy, unproductive hotspots, and blocks out many of the harmful ultra-violet rays. You can get a greenhouse in sizes of 6 x 10 to 12 x 30.
Econo - Don't be deceived by the name. Econo just means maximum building for the least amount of money. This is the sister building to the Lapsider. Close inspection of these two buildings reveals only a couple of differences. The most obvious is the gables. On the Econo the gable is on the long side of the building instead of on the short like the Lapsider. Moving the gables to the sides walls allow a full 7 feet interior wall clearance and 2"x6" roof rafters.
Dutch Barn - The 2x4 wood frame is carefully connected by heavy gauge truss plates that are pressed on with the most advanced equipment. Many manufacturers use a system of galvanized plates that are attached with nails or staples and do not supply the same degree of strength and durability as mechanically pressed truss plates. All areas of exposed wood, like around the base and under the offset of the mansards, is treated lumber. It comes in sizes from 6x10 to 12x24 and they all have two windows, one outlet, one light, and a cross-buck door.
Box Eave - Changes the direction and design of portable buildings forever. It is an aesthetic and sophisticated looking building that is perfect for use in any environment from backyard to business. It comes in either a side gable or an end gable and the sizes are a 6 x 10 to 12 x 50.
Americana - Has a long tradition of providing attractive, spacious storage at an affordable price. A full size floor and extra overhead clearance make this barn a pleasure to own. With the wall of studs facing the 4" way, this building is a natural for accommodating those shelves and worktables that you can never have enough of. The Americana comes standard with 2 windows, 1 light, 1 outlet and a 48" door, in sizes from 6 x 10 to 12 x 24.
Doublewide - If your storage requirements call for more than a 12-foot wide building, we have the solution, the Doublewide. Lark went to great lengths to engineer a building that would be both solid and functional. The doublewide has a pre-engineered truss, which means that whether separate or connected together, it's totally free-standing without any floor to roof support in the middle of the unit. It comes in sizes 16 x 20 to 24 x 30.
Eave Truss - Is our top of the line portable building, which was designed and built to accommodate the most discriminating tastes. The Eave Truss combines good looks with oversized capabilities and its construction is heavy duty in every sense of the word. From the 8-foot high sidewalls, the pre-engineered roof truss, to the boxed-in eaves you have a structure that has the strength and durability to truly be the standard by which other portable buildings should be judged. It comes in sizes from 10 x 16 to 12 x 40.
Lark III - This portable has no frills, bells or whistles, but it comes with all the standard Lark construction features except windows and wiring. Available in a limited number of sizes from 6 x 8 to a 10 x 12 it is our most economically priced portable that can provide affordable and dependable storage for your budget.
